  • reverse engineer, scrape, copy or resell the Services, except as allowed by law;
  • circumvent paid features, licence checks or technical protections;
  • post fake reviews, spam, or harassing, hateful or illegal content (see our Community Guidelines);
  • create accounts by automated means or impersonate any person.

7. Purchases and payments

Prices for paid apps and in-app items are shown before purchase and may include applicable taxes. Payments are processed by our payment providers. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Statutory consumer rights in your country are not affected.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of reviews and other content you submit. You grant Azteca a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute that content in connection with the Services. You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to post it.

9. Intellectual property

The Azteca name, logo, website and software are protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners. To report infringement, see our Copyright / DMCA Policy.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect users or the Services. Where reasonable, we will give you notice and a chance to respond.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Indemnity
