1. How we keep apps safe
- Every build is scanned with multiple malware detection engines before publication.
- We verify that updates are signed with the same key as the original app.
- Permissions and behaviour are reviewed by people.
- Published apps are re-scanned regularly, and user reports are investigated.
2. Report a malicious app
Use the “Report this app” link on the app page, or email nancybergvd@gmail.com with the app name, what you observed, and screenshots if possible. If we confirm a problem, we remove the app and may notify affected users.
3. Responsible disclosure
If you find a vulnerability in Azteca’s website, app or infrastructure, please email nancybergvd@gmail.com with the details and steps to reproduce. Please give us reasonable time to fix the issue before disclosing it publicly, do not access or modify other users’ data, and do not run tests that degrade our services. We will not take legal action against good-faith research that follows these rules.
