Child Safety Standards
Effective date: [EFFECTIVE_DATE] Last updated: [LAST_UPDATED]
1. Our commitment
Azteca has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion and trafficking. These standards apply to every app, developer, listing, review and user of Azteca.
2. Prohibited content and behaviour
- Any content that depicts, promotes or facilitates the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors.
- Content that sexualises minors, including drawn, animated or AI-generated content.
- Apps designed or used to contact minors for sexual purposes, or that fail to moderate such contact.
- Any attempt to trade, distribute or solicit CSAM.
3. Prevention measures
- Review of every app and update before publication.
- Requirement that apps with user-generated content or chat have in-app reporting, moderation and blocking tools.
- Immediate removal of violating apps and permanent termination of the responsible accounts.
- Age rating of apps and restriction of mature content.
4. How to report
Report suspected CSAE immediately to nancybergvd@gmail.com (subject “Child safety”) or through the “Report this app” link on any app page. Reports are prioritised and handled confidentially. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police. You can also report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (CyberTipline) or your national hotline (INHOPE).
5. Compliance with law
We comply with applicable child safety laws. When we become aware of CSAM, we remove it, preserve relevant information as required, and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant regional or national authorities.
6. Child safety point of contact
Our designated contact for child safety matters can be reached at nancybergvd@gmail.com.
